  • HEE Study Budget Reforms from Alastair Henderson

HEE Study Budget Reforms - Engagement Slides and Trainee Guide

    Dear Colleague

Please find attached two documents from HEE  - a set of engagement slides and a trainee guide – which outline the changes that HEE are introducing to study budget arrangements  from April.  This covers the rationale and what trainees, in particular, need to know about the new processes for applying for study leave.

These resources will be followed by an instructional animation and guiding principles for Heads of Schools and TPDs regarding approval of educational activities supported by the Study Budget.  This latter document has been composed with input from the SACs, and is just undergoing final revisions.

HEE has asked the Academy to disseminate these resources to Colleges with the request that they are cascade on as appropriate. The document will be on the HEE website as well.

    Best wishes

    Alastair Henderson - 14/03/2018
