The recent funding for the support and professional development of Staff Grade & Associate Specialists is welcomed and many Local Education Providers and Deaneries have appointed Tutors / Associate Deans to oversee the correct usage of this money. The development day is aimed at those involved in putting together the support necessary for these doctors and will consist of a mixtures of lectures and group work to help the development of the SAS Tutor. The Sharing Event will enable those involved in SAS to share best practice from around the UK.
