This interactive one-day conference aims to set the scene with two national speakers. These keynotes will be interspersed with workshops to give those who support junior doctors in their career choices suitable knowledge, skills and confidence to do so.

Who should attend:
Educational Supervisors, College Tutors, Postgraduate Clinical Tutors/Directors of Medical Education, Medical Education Managers, Heads of Schools, and other’s supervising trainees.

Format of Day:
Keynotes, short talks, interactive small group work, plenary sessions and discussion.

Presenters and Facilitators:
Will be led by an experienced faculty from NACT UK.
